I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides for quite some time. I have gone through the view taken by this Court at the principal seat in Writ Petition Nos. 20 and 27 to 30 of 2011, decided on 18/10/2012.

I find from the application filed by the respondent No.1 dated 16/11/2015 under the Right to Information Act that the petitioner, as a Headmaster of the Shantabai Shrawan Ahire (Patil) Primary School, Dhule, can submit a copy of the society bye laws and also can tender information as regards the appellate authority of the society by name Gangeshwar Vidya

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to submit the bye laws of the society and the details of the appellate authority of the society, free of cost, to respondent No.1/applicant within a period of three weeks from today. Request for extension of time shall not be made.

Insofar as the rest of the information that respondent No.1 applicant desires to be collected, she would be at liberty to make an application to the Secretary of the said society for collecting information as regards the rest of the items set out in the said application dated 16/11/2015. After such an application is made by respondent No.1/applicant in view of the directions of the State Information Commissioner, Nashik Division, the Secretary of the said society board shall take steps to supply the said information within six weeks from the date of the application, without charges.
