Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent of the parties, the petition is taken up for hearing finally. The facts in the present case, are identical with the facts in the case of Sudamrao Keshawrao Aher & others vs. The State of Maharashtra & others reported in 2014(1) ALL MR 697 : (Writ Petition No.10283/12 decided by High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad on 21st November, 2013) and in W.P. No.4628 of 2013 (Dr.Shripad Anandrao Sonegaonkar vs. State of Maharashtra and others) decided by this Court on 27.1.2014.

In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed

8286.15wp to compute the amounts payable to the petitioners in accordance with the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.10283 of 2012 and another and release the said amount to the petitioners. The same shall be done within a period of two months.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
