CORAM
: SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI & Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, JJ.
DATE : 10TH NOVEMBER, 2022 ORDER:
1.
Heard. Learned Advocate representing the respondents have strongly objected grant of the civil application. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner has taken reason for himself as the matter was under objection and he could not notice that this matter is also located under the common order which was a conditional order for removing office objections. Under such circumstance, the petitioner should not be blamed for the inadvertence of the Advocate. Hence the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed.
3.
Writ petition stands restored on condition that whatever the objections are still remaining should removed within a period of two weeks.
