"(B) The respondent no.2 Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department (Scholarship Division), Aurangabad, Tq. and Dist. Aurangabad may kindly be directed to decide proposal dated 20.11.2020 (Exh. F) submitted by the petitioner within one month from the date of order passed by this Hon'ble Court." 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the pending proposal be decided within a time frame. 3.

The learned AGP, who has appeared on behalf of the respondents, submits that the proposal would be decided within four weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect respondent no.2 to decide the proposal on its merits, in accordance with the Policies/Rules applicable, on or before 15.01.2023.
