In light of that the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. For a period of four weeks from today the order of status quo granted by this Court on 17.07.2019 shall continue. On lapse of four weeks the said protection granted by this Court shall come to an end. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
