ORDER

Present appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat.

The learned counsel for the appellant and respondent is present. The learned counsel Shri Sangle, on instructions, made a statement that the appellant wish to withdraw the appeal. The counsel for the respondent has no objection. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the cross objection is also pending in this case and he wants to continue with his cross objection. In the light of the statement made by the respective counsels, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.

ii) The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn, however, the cross objection shall continue.
