- 2 - us that this Court has delivered a judgment on 23/12/2021 in a group of around 400 appeals. The first 3 appeals on board were left out and the 4th appeal, though the number of First Appeal No.2464/2010 is mentioned on page No.370 of the judgment, is not mentioned in the title cause. It is submitted that all these appeals are covered by the said judgment and for the reasons assigned therein, these appeals may be disposed off.

In view of the above, First Appeal No.2464/2010 be added to the cause title of the judgment dated 23/12/2021. 3.
