PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is seeking directions against Respondent No.4 to reimburse the amount of tuition fees, which is required to be paid to the College by the petitioner within stipulated period. The petitioner was admitted to MBBS course as against a seat earmarked for scheduled tribe category. The petitioner possesses Tribe validation certificate issued by the competent authority. As per the policy of the State Government, the fees, admissible to the students for the concerned course, payable to the college, is required to be reimbursed by the State Government and accordingly, proposal to that effect has already been forwarded to Respondent No.4. The Commissioner of Tribal Development has also issued instructions to Respondent No.2 to process the proposal and extend the monetary benefits and reimburse the amount of fees expeditiously.

2) In the facts of the case, as narrated above, this (2) BDV

BENCH AT AURANGABAD petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.4 to take necessary steps to reimburse the fees as per the Policy of the State Government as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. 3) The Writ petition is disposed of.
