We have heard Mr. Adhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP on instructions submits that the respondent No. 5 was disqualified for non submission of validity certificate. The respondent No. 5 had challenged the said order before the Additional Commissioner. The Additional Commissioner remitted the matter to the Collector directing the Collector to take necessary steps.

In view of that it is for the Collector to proceed in accordance with law. The learned AGP on instructions submits that the Collector would pass necessary orders within a period of one (01) month from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
