DATE : 30 JULY 2024 PC :
Though it is being pointed out that this Court has been consistently allowing the writ petitions of the same kind wherein the orders are being passed by the Deputy Director of Education, refusing to include the names of the teachers in the Shalaarth Pranali, on the ground that the incumbent has not passed the TET or has passed it after the cut off date i.e. 31-03-2019, in the light of the fact that the issue has been pending before the Supreme Court and the status quo has been granted, all such orders by this Court were passed prior to the government resolution dated 27-03-2024. By this government resolution, fora have been created inter alia to ventilate the grievance of this kind.
2 WP / 7962 / 2024 2.
Keeping open that avenue, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.
The appellate authority may consider the afore-mentioned aspects and the consistent orders passed by this Court in similar matters. The appellate authority shall not refuse to entertain the appeal on the ground of limitation, if the appeal is preferred within three weeks.
