Petitioner's proposal has been pending with the Scrutiny Committee for adjudication of his tribe claim since September 2023. It is being pointed out that petitioner's four blood relatives have been issued with certificates of validity by the orders of this Court. Since the petitioner seeks to secure admission through the State Common Entrance Test Cell for MAH LL.B. Three year Course 2024, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 14 August 2024.
