Heard learned Advocate Mr. M.G. Kochar for the appellant and learned Advocate Mr. B.R. Waramaa for respondent Nos.1 to 4. They have filed joint pursis stating that the parties have settled their dispute out of the Court, and therefore, the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal. Without going into the other merits and technicalities, in view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the appellant is allowed to withdraw the Second Appeal.
