The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 has tendered across Bar the copy of the decision taken by the Chief Executive Officer, in pursuant to the judgment and order dated 4th December, 2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4081/2013. The copy of the said decision is handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, further adjudication of this Contempt Petition is not necessary. It is needless to observe that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the said Authority, he will be at liberty to take appropriate remedy, if available in law, in that regard we have not expressed any opinion. The contempt Petition stands disposed of.
