PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that within four weeks, respondent nos.1 and 2 would forward the salary bills in respect of the admissible salary payable to the petitioner to the Education Officer.

On receipt of the salary bills of the petitioner, the respondent no.3-Education Officer shall take decision upon the said salary bills on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within three months. 3.

The petitioner may represents himself before the Education Officer and bring it to his
