The petitioners who are brothers inter se are seeking direction to the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee for deciding their respective proposals for validation of their tribe certificates. 2.

It is being pointed ut that petitioner's real cousin Tejas Ramesh Ghoti and Nitesh Chandrasing Ghoti have been issued with certificates of validity pursuant to the orders of this Court. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to decide the proposals of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
