The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Hindu Rajgond' Scheduled Tribe category, is pending validation from 2013. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Employer has conveyed the Petitioner that, his employment as an 'Assistant Teacher' would be brought to an end since he was selected and appointed on the post, which was reserved for the Scheduled Tribes category.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the pending proceedings of the Petitioner would be decided on or before 28/02/2025.

In view of the above, we direct the Petitioner to tender an affidavit undertaking within 21 days in this Court, as well as before his Employer, stating therein that, he would not claim any increments/pay revision/promotion/ service benefits, etc. until his claim is validated, either by the Committee or by this Court. If such undertaking is filed, the Employer of the Petitioner would refrain from terminating his service only because of the lack of a validity certificate.

This Writ Petition is disposed off.
