This is an application for correction of names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5. The applicants contending that though the names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5 were shown as Radha Barikrao Pimple and Bhama Vitthalrao More respectively in the proceeding before the Reference Court, but their names in Aadhar Cards are mentioned as Mangalbai and Nilawati, respectively.

The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for the respondent - acquiring body strongly opposed the application on the ground that

even after marriage also the names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5 were mentioned as Radha and Bhama in the original proceedings. 4.

It seems to be technical aspect, and therefore, considering the earlier names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5 and their subsequent names in Aadhar Cards, the corrections as sought by the applicants can be allowed, subject to filing usual undertaking mentioning both the names while withdrawing amount by applicant Nos. 4 and 5. Accordingly, the application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause '

Necessary corrections be made in the names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5 by the appellants.
