1] The petitioner challenges the notice issued by the Recovery Officer dated 12.6.2015. Mr. Suryawanshi, appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the petitioner has a remedy under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.

2] There appears a dispute amongst the parties as to whether the dues have been cleared or otherwise. Some documents will have to be examined by the authorities. As such, it would be appropriate for the Revisional Authority to consider the same. The petitioner may file a revision before the Revisional Authority within a period of 15 days from today. 3] If revision is filed within a period of 15 days, same will be deemed to have been filed within limitation. The Revisional Authority shall decide the said revision on merits, after considering the contentions of the respective parties. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. [A.M. BADAR] [S.V.
