PER COURT :

1) The appellant preferred a complaint before the learned Judge of the Labour Court, challenging order of termination, issued by the State, which came to be dismissed. Revision petition tendered, challenging the order passed by the Labour Court has also been dismissed by the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar on 23.11.2010. The concurrent findings recorded by the Labour Court as well as Industrial Court have been confirmed by learned Single Judge while dismissing writ petition No.1228/2011 on 16.6.2011.

2) On perusal of the orders passed by the

Labour Court, Industrial Court as well as learned Single Judge, we do not find that any error has been committed in turning down the writ petition presented by the petitioner and confirming the orders passed by the courts below by the learned Single Judge.
