The petitioner who claims to have completed 53 years of age has made representation for cancellation of his transfer, whose representation is pending with the respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad (Exhibit - D). 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent/ Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six
