Having heard the Petitioner's Advocate as also the learned AGP, we are satisfied that the Government has indeed taken the decision to reserve certain posts in public employment (Group C and D posts) for members of the Project Affected families. Meaning thereby, persons/ dependents in such families, would be identified and offered employment by the State to the extent indicated in this Government Resolution dated 04.11.2016. Similarly, those affected by earthquake and calamities of that magnitude would also be assisted and in terms of this Government Resolution.

We take copy of the said Government Resolution on record and dispense with filing of an affidavit. Merely directing the filing of an

*2* 922pil9o16 affidavit to place this Government Resolution on record, will delay the matter. In view of this Government Resolution and on perusal and scrutiny of the same, if there is any subsisting grievance, the Petitioner and any public spirited vigilant citizen can always move the Authorities and thereafter, if necessary to this Court.
