This petition is fled challenging the order and judgment passed by the trial Court and the District Court, allowing the application fled by the respondents praying for temporary injunction. The learned advocate for the petitioners states that the civil suit is dismissed for want of prosecution and, therefore, at this stage, the petition has become infructuous.

The petition is disposed accordingly. No costs. It is clarifed that if the civil Suit is restored, the petitioners will be at liberty to fle fresh petition in the matter.
