Heard Mr. R. S. Deshmukh, Senior Counsel instructed by Mr. Devang Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Petitioner. After arguing for some time, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition to avail alternate remedy under Section 91 of the Co-operative Societies Act.

In view of the statement advanced, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternate remedy as prayed. In case, the proceeding is instituted within a period of four weeks from today, the time consumed in prosecuting present Writ Petition shall be considered.
