PER COURT :- If the petitioner tenders an appropriate application, within contemplation of policy of the MIDC and as suggested under the communication dated 18.3.2009 by the acquiring body, within a period of six weeks from today, MIDC shall consider the same and take appropriate action, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application.
