The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the caste certificate of Mannervarlu (Scheduled Tribe) with wrong spelling. The petitioner has applied for corrected certificate on 26th March, 2018. The respondent/Sub Divisional Officer be directed to issue corrected tribe certificate.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate

2 wp 9393.18 with incorrect spelling to the respondent No. 3. On receipt of the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling, the Sub Divisional Officer shall issue correct tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the earlier original tribe certificate. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
