The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under:- "B) The respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to correct the nomenclature of the Tribe in the Tribe Certificate of the petitioner as Mannervarlu instead of Mannerwarlu, and issue such corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner having proper nomenclature as Mannervarlu Tribe, as early as possible."

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner should

*2* 97wp8402o22 submit his defective certificate with respondent No.2 on or before 30.08.2022 and the correct certificate would be issued on or before 15.09.2022.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied. 4.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
