PER COURT :

The petitioner prays for correction in his existing 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate as well as issuance of 'Mannervarlu' tribe certificate in the Central Government's format. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with the following directions :- A) The petitioner shall tender the defective 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate with respondent no. 2, on or before 25th August 2022.

B) Respondent no. 2 would issue a corrected 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate, on or before 30th August 2022.

C) The competent authority, while issuing the corrected certificate, would verify, whether the original defective

WP No.8403/2022 certificate was issued by the competent authority. D) The petitioner would complete the formalities by offering the corrected certificate for verification so as to enable the second respondent to issue a certificate in the format of Central Government, on or before 8th September 2022.
