The office objection is removed because the application to bring the legal heirs on record has been filed and proposed legal heirs of respondent of deceased Respondent No.4 has been served. Nobody appeared for them.

We presume that they are the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.
