We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3.

The petitioner is assailing the communication dated 09.06.2014 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.14,76,195/- within 15 days. 3.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for respective parties, we are not inclined to entertain the request of the petitioner in quashing the said communication.

However, considering the difficulties expressed by the petitioner, we grant petitioner four weeks time to deposit the amount as mentioned in the impugned communication dated 09.06.2014 with respondent no.4. If the petitioner deposits the amount, as mentioned under the letter dated 09.06.2014 within four weeks from today, the same shall be accepted by the M.I.D.C.. The petitioner shall deposit all the legitimate amount payable as per Rules of M.I.D.C.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
