Present civil application is filed seeking permission to withdraw amount of Rs.97,000/- for each of applicants. Since, Writ Petition No.2813 is allowed by this Court upholding rights to applicants to receive the aforesaid amount, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, civil application deserves to be allowed.
