This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of award under challenge. The learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company/applicant submits that, the appellant/applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest within a period of eight weeks.

In view of the above, and for the reasons stated in the application, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed on the condition that, the appellant/applicant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest accrued thereon within a period of eight weeks.
