Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the respondent.

Considering the nature of litigation, permission is granted to withdraw fifty per cent amount out of the deposited compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of written undertaking, before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shahada, to redeposit the said withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court, within four weeks from the date of passing of this order.
