This application is filed seeking extension of time schedule fixed by this Court.

By order dated 07/03/2022, this Court directed:- "(e) Recording of evidence would be concluded till 30.06.2022 and the oral submissions of the litigating parties would be concluded in between 04.07.2022 till 16.07.2022.

(f) The Labour Court, Aurangabad would deliver it's Award on the basis of evidence already adduced as well as additional evidence recorded, on or before 31st August, 2022."

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent - State. 4.

Applicant has given reasons as to why compliance of the

2 935-CA-11932-22.odt above directions could not be done in paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the application. Learned Assistant Government Pleader does not dispute the said position.

In that view of the matter, extension is granted for recording evidence, which shall be concluded by 30/09/2022. Oral submissions of the litigating parties should be concluded in between 04/10/2022 to 15/10/2022 and the Labour Court, Aurangabad, would deliver it's Award on the basis of evidence already adduced as well as additional evidence recorded, on or before 15/11/2022. 6.
