Mr. Venjane, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of making application pursuant to the registered Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner, the Talathi is not taking name of the petitioner in the revenue record.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner can move the committee in view of the Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In the view of above, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the committee for redressal of his grievance. On receipt of the application the committee shall pass necessary orders and / or issue necessary directions within a period of three (03) months.
