The proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided is rejected. 2.

We have under judgment and order dated 04.07.2019 in Writ Petition No.1493 of 2018 with connected Writ Petitions have observed that some of the clauses of the circular dated 28.06.2016 would not be applicable. 3.

Considering the above, we set aside the order impugned in the Writ Petition and direct the Education Officer to reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the

931-ca.8410-19.odt transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided division, in the light of the judgment, dated 04.07.2019, in Writ Petition No.1493 of 2018 with connected Writ Petitions. The same shall be done expeditiously, preferably within six months. 4.

The Civil Application and the Writ Petition are disposed of. No costs.
