The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.2/ Zilla Parishad, Beed has placed on record a copy of the communication received by him, dated 11/07/2024, wherein, it is pointed out that this Court has passed an order in Writ Petition No. 10795 of 2023, by which Clause 4 of the Government Resolution dated 23.08.1996, has been incorporated in the order of appointment of that Petitioner, namely, Sumant Vishnu Katkar,

In view of the above, and since there is no dispute that the Petitioner is identically placed, we direct the concerned Authority to mention Clause 4 of the said Government Resolution in the order of compassionate appointment of the Petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
