By these applications, the applicants seeks to condone the delay of 1801 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the award passed by the Reference Court.

Notice of this application is served upon the respondents, however, none appears.

Mr. Bhalerao, learned counsel appearing for the applicants invites attention of this Court to the reasons given in paragraph no.2 and 3 of the application to contend that the delay is occasioned on account of the administrative reasons. The applicants have not derived any advantage by making such delay.

Considering the submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in the application, delay is condoned. Civil applications are allowed and disposed off.

Appeals be registered. On registration of appeals, post the matters for further hearing after four weeks.
