Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for respondent/State.

This Court vide order dated 5.4.2024 in Bail Application No. 493/2024 has granted bail to the present applicant in connection with Crime No. 159/2023 registered with Parali (Rural) Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 of I.P.C. This Court while granting bail has imposed the condition which is as under :- "II (b) The applicants shall not enter in Nanded district till the conclusion of the trial."

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the above condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 5.4.2024. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that twelve criminal cases are pending against the applicant in the Nanded Court and for that purpose, the applicant need to attend the proceedings before the Nanded Court.

Considering the submission made above, I deem it appropriate to

CA 2957/24 modify the above condition. The applicant is permitted to enter the Nanded district for attending the cases which are filed against him on the days when the matters are listed before the Nanded Court. The applicant is also permitted to visit Nanded district one day prior to the date of listing of the cases and he shall leave Nanded immediately after attending Court. 6.

Under no circumstances, the applicant shall not contact and pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the evidence in any manner, failing which the bail granted to the applicant shall be liable to be cancelled.
