Learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body submits that in the matters arise out of the same award, this Court has permitted the claimants therein to withdraw the amount to the extent of 80% without imposing any condition and further directed to keep the remaining 20% amount in the fixed deposit. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants has also accepted that such orders came to be passed in similar matters. 2.

In view of above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited by the respondent acquiring body in the executing Court and remaining 20% of the amount shall be kept in fixed deposit as per the direction of the executing Court from time to time. Civil applications are disposed of.
