1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondent nos.1, 3 and 4. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is mistake in the name of 'Laxman Dashrath Ukhande' as his name is mentioned as 'Laxman Maruti Ukhande'

. There is also one correction that 'Vishnu Maruti Ukhande' be corrected as 'Vishnu Maruti Pawar'. These corrections are necessary to be made in the title clause of the judgment and order of the learned Reference Court i.e.

9303.21CA 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Beed in LAR No.722 of 2006.

3] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, it appears that the corrections are needed to be done in the judgment and order of the learned Reference Court. The applicants are directed to approach the learned Reference Court.
