The learned Counsel for the respondents bring an important aspect to the notice of this Court and also to the notice of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, being Appeal No.2021/CD/Appeal/CR/12 has itself being decided against the petitioners on 10/12/2021 and the petitioners have also instituted further appeal against the said order. Since the present writ petition is filed by an order passed in the said appeal, wherein the Additional Collector was pleased to condone the delay of four years and the ground raised in the petition is to the effect that the delay has been condoned behind their back and without any adequate justification.
