For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1004 of 2021 is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 185/2020 registered with Songir Police Station, Dhule, District Dhule, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees ffteen thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall report Investigation Ofcer on 12.10.2021, 13.10.2021 and 14.10.2021 between 11.00 am to 01.00 pm, and thereafter, as and when called for till fling of the charge-sheet. (iv) Application stands disposed of.
