Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate Mr. Kausale, who appears for the respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

The petitioner is before us with a limited prayer that since she is abroad, the disciplinary proceedings shall be deferred for a limited time so that she can participate after she returns. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be returning to India by 15 September 2023 and merely requests disciplinary proceedings to be deferred till that date. The learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 on instructions submits that the enquiry would be deferred
