Mr. G. R. Syed, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has informed that the petitioner is no more. 2.

Mr. S. S. Dande, learned Advocate h/f Mr. G. R. Wange, learned Advocate for respondent submits that the petitioner was paid Rs.6,64,132/- vide cheque no.829622 dated 20.07.2022. He would submit that the contempt petitioner has duly endorsed the receipt with effect to the M.S.R.T.C. 3.

In view of this, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of as the order is complied by the M.S.R.T.C. as also the contempt petitioner is no more.
