PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Perused the order dated 29th September, 2006 passed by this Court, whereby this court has rejected the prayer made by the petitioner seeking quashment of advertisement dated 29th March, 2003, noticing that the entire process of selection commenced in pursuance of the said advertisement was over long back before the petition was taken up for consideration and the selected candidates had also reported to the duties. This court had clarified the legal position, in the context of the stand taken by the Zilla Parishad in its return presented on record. The review applicants pray for consideration of their candidature as and when the institution issues fresh advertisement for filling up the posts as and when occasion arises to claim their entitlement to the post.

In our view, the liberty, as prayed for by the review applicants, need not be granted as it is always open for a litigant/claimant to approach the Court on the basis of cause of action which accrues subsequent to the disposal of the pending lis before the court.
