20.08.2019 P.C. :- We have heard Mr. Maney the learned advocate for the petitioners. It appears to be a case of encroachment on the private land of the petitioners. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are armed with the order of the Human Rights Commission. The petitioners may take steps pursuant thereto.

In writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India we would not embark upon the investigation with regard to the encroachment alleged to be made on the private land. The petitioners may take steps as are permissible in law. All contentions kept open. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
