PER COURT:- The Petitioner has already instituted a civil suit against the private party, who alleged to have made encroachment on his land and has illegally constructed the road and the statue. According to the Petitioner, he is currently using the said land as dumping ground.

Since the Civil Suit is already filed, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The Petitioner can always seek amendment in the suit for further reliefs, if any. The petition is rejected. (S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) (ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE)
