This Application is filed for condonation of 562 days delay caused in filing the application for restoration of First Appeal [St.] No. 29362 of 2022 with Civil Application [St.] No. 29363 of 2022 in First Appeal [St.] No. 29362 of 2022, which have been dismissed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) for non removal office objections within the stipulated time.

Learned advocate for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the State are present.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

B' and 'C' thereof, subject to the applicant removing the office objections within a period of four (4) weeks. It is made clear that the Applicant / Appellant would not be entitled for the component of interest, if any, for the said period i.e. from the date of dismissal of the appeal till the restoration thereof. The Applicant/Appellant shall file an undertaking in that regard that they shall not claim interest for the said period. 5.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
