The petitioners challenge auction notice and seek injunction restraining the respondent No. 2 from disturbing peaceful possession of petitioners over the shops situated in land Sy. No. 1 of Georai, Tq. Georai.

Mr. Gaikwad, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that, the shops have already been auctioned and have been allotted to the successful bidders and they are occupying the same.

In the light of that, the grievance of petitioners seeking
