On 6th January, 2014, the appellants were not represented and as such, the court had adjourned the matter to 13th January, 2014. Thereafter, the matter appeared on board on 4th January, 2016, however, since none had appeared on behalf of the appellants, the matter was adjourned to 11th January, 2016. On 11th the matter was got adjourned on behalf of the appellants to 1st February, 2016 and on 1st February, to 29th February, 2016. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, no one appears on behalf of the appellants. As such, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
